Refund Policy – Winzer Topup Center

At Winzer Topup Center, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our digital goods and instant delivery service, refunds are only possible under certain conditions.


1. When Refunds Are Eligible

You may request a refund if:

  • We are unable to deliver your top-up or voucher due to our fault.

  • 20% charge will be applicable if you ask for refund without our fault to complete your order,i.e.you want refund after ordering because you change of your mind
  • Payment was made, but the order was not processed within 24 hours (and you no longer wish to wait).


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • If you  write word related “Topup” or  “Game” while paying from esewa/khalti/any wallet if you found to do so we will not complete your order and money will not be refunded
  • You provided an incorrect game ID or details during the order.

  • The order was successfully delivered.

  • Delay was caused by the game server or payment gateway issues outside our control.

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.


3. Refund Process

If your case is eligible:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  2. Provide your order ID, payment proof, and reason for the refund request.

  3. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for purchase (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, or bank transfer).


4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on your payment provider.
